Unicig Ego-c Type "B" No throat hit

I just purchased an ego-c, type B kit made by Unicig. The vapor output is excellent, albeit not very warm, but it lacks throat hit. I know that throat hit is dependent on the e-liquid being vaped, but I get hardly any using this kit. I would get a descent throat hit using the same liquid in my Triple 7 bullet kit, but none using this kit. Any advice?

I am using a 650mah battery and the regular type b attys.. Should I try using the LR attys instead??

Any help would be appreciated, cause overall I really like the ego-c system.

Thanks

True throat hit is heat + nicotine (you can get a simulated throat hit from various flavors)... so an LR atty may work. Looks like the unicig is a full voltage batt but didn't see any 'underload' metering for it. The Joye eGo-c is regulated to 3.3-3.4 Volts underload so maybe the Unicig is as well. Your Triple 7 batts may be unregulated so you get more voltage from them. That would account for the difference IF the unicig is also regulated. The ohms on the Triple 7 kit may be different as well.....

The joyetech eGo-c upgrade batts have both the regulated and unregulated modes for future consideration....
