Over the last week I have been trying several different flavors. Unfortunately some of the smell will not come off of the silicone rings on my tanks. From soaking in vodka, alcohol, and vanilla extract nothing seems to want to get the smell out, and it still strongly impacts the flavor of other juices I put in the tanks. Luckily my Anyvape Davide dual coil tanks come with extra silicone washers, but if I run into other flavors that are going to taint the washers then I will definitely need more.

I have contacted the manufacturer and they have not gotten back to me in over a week about if they offer, or where to get replacements at. They are based out of China, so calling them out of the country is out of the question. Yes, I have searched google for replacement parts, visited nearly every site that comes up selling the tanks, but I have been very unsuccessful finding anything other than replacement glass pieces.

Likewise I have contacted the place I got them from. Don't get me wrong, they are great (if you go into the store, which is an hour away from me), but as far as responding to emails, or messages on facebook, they are short on the customer service. On their website it pretty much says that they dislike getting phone calls either. If I do call them, it is like I have done something seriously wrong as their attitude is somewhat short, and make me feel as if I am some sort of idiot they have to take time out of their day to speak to on the phone.

When I first started I was told that if I had any specific questions about the supplies I got from them I could join their group on facebook and if they were unavailable then other members of the group on there would be able to help me out. I've sent out requests 3 times already and the requests get cancelled. I'm not here to bash the store, thus, will not be posting their name up here...a lot of reviewers on here rave about them, but I don't think they have run into the issues that I have with their service (or lack there of).

The only reason I keep going back to them is because of their juice. However, with the amount of money that I have spent with them, and the lack of support for questions from someone new to vaping, I am going to just invest a bit more and get the supplies needed to start making my own juice, and buying future hardware from a supplier online who doesn't mind questions, be it email or phone call.

There are a ton of threads about great suppliers already...I'm not looking for a huge list of new places to get hardware from in the future. What I am looking for is a new supplier who responds to emails, and who doesn't mind a phone call if you have a specific question about hardware you have bought from them.

In short, if you know of a supplier like I am looking for, or a place to get replacement silicone washers from for my tanks, then I would appreciate some feedback.

To be honest..if I buy China product...it's done deal....even with Innokin products..etc...it's sad when Fasttech responds to my questions faster then other vendors and they are just resllers.

If you have local hardware store near by, take your o-ring there and see if they can match. If not, see if somebody can measure it for you with caliper and you can probably find it on e-bay or some plumbing, hobby store..

These manufactures are more likely to use an existing o-ring....

Good luck on finding this rubber unicorn ...

BTW..on that store...take your business else where...I bought a drip tip from Loki Labs, only a drip tip I might add. I had an issue with USPS and that I might need USPS insurance documentation from them...not only Craig from Loki Labs contacted USPS, he offered a replacement until USPS found it.....

Only two ways I know of to get them are to buy the replacement glass from Got Vapes which come with two new gaskets.

Or get the new version of the Davide which comes with a number of gaskets (5-6) and o-rings in the box.

Third option is to make your own using a piece of silicone, trace the outline of the gasket on it and cut it out.

That must be one nasty flavor if it can overpower a fresh tank of something else. 8-o

Thanks for the advice guys. I didn't even think of going to the hardware store...but maybe I can soak these things in vodka for a week and see if that works! The juice are really strong tobacco ones that a relative had given me because she did not like them.

Thanks for the suggestion for Got Vapes as well...replacement glass pieces with additional gaskets aren't that much, and they have replacement coils as well. Now that I have ordered my own supplies for making juice, I am never going to need to worry with the vape shop again.
