I just check their website and it said they have moved so perhaps you can wait a week more or two.
And if they still didn't reply,the last resort is file a complain to PayPal.

Sad to know that a good supplier has gone MIA. Used to get some liquid from them. Should at least reply to the buyers or stop taking orders altogether till they are ready for biz.

It is mentioned on their website for quite some time already. I suggest filing a claim from paypal. There's a time limit for claims, I think it is 30 days if i remember correctly. Pls check with paypal.

I've waited for more than 2weeks already. The least they could do is inform us how much longer do we have to wait for our items to arrive instead of letting us wait without knowing where has our money gone to/if we are getting refunded or getting our items. My juices is finishing and im not sure where to get my supplies from. heard SGJ has some issues too...

In regards to TL. I had filed a claim in mid september and 5 days later, had it escalate into a dispute. Just received my refund from P pal. Those who had not received their product, you might want to do the same before the funds in the TL account run out.

First open your browser i.e,firefox,chrome etc etc etc
2. Then go to address bar and type Google
3. enter how to filling clams from paypal and press enter
4. click on the first result that comes out.
