hey guys im noticing that some of my juice would taste better with like a cream or something to smooth it out what would you recommend to a new diyer.

i just order a bottle of "smooth" from tpa so waiting on that any one give me an idea what it taste like or what it does to a flavor?

Also im kind of hesitant to use a cream because all the controversy over the ingredients in cream or butter type flavors cant remember the exact name of the chemical but it gives popcorn lung.

I need something that can tie a flavor together mostly with fruits like a strawberry and cream or like a pineapple orange cream.

Also im making this chia tea flavor but when i make chia tea to drink i use milk and like it creamy i know someone makes a milk flavor and there also a sweet cream any ideas thoughts on that. Looking for a way to make my chia a little creamier

I love love love love FA Cream Fresh.

Not made to be a standalone, I just add it to other stuff, it is not sweet, it is just about the most neutral cream you can find or add to anything. Just like half n half in a way.

I used at 1-2% in fruits, coffees, etc.

Diacetyl free

have not found anything else even close to approaching this flavor for the purposes of adding creaminess to fruits, coffees, desserts.

but see what everybody else says.

TFA Bavarian cream, FA Vienna Cream, TFA Vanilla Swirl and FA fresh cream are some of the "cream" flavorings I regularly use in mixes. The Vienna cream is very strong and can easily overpower a mix unless used in very small percentages. TFA Bavarian cream is my favorite and most used "cream" flavor note, I use it at around 5 - 7%, It's even good as a standalone flavor.

I use TFA exclusively, and there are a few nice flavors I use to that effect:

Bavarian Cream
Marshmallow
Sweet Cream
Vanilla Swirl (diketone-free)
Vanilla Custard (definitely not diketone-free)
Whipped Cream

You simply can't go wrong with creams and vanillas. They typically make up 50% of my flavoring component, no matter what the flavor is. If you're worried about diketones, go to TFA's website. They have a warning next to every flavor with AP or acetoin. None contain diacetyl (although there are warnings about trace amounts in certain naturally-extracted flavors, as many fruits contain a bit of diacetyl, for example).

Vienna cream and catalan cream are both good from FA
I use alot of TFA whip cream, vanilla swirl, and bavarian cream
Also like FW butter cream.
Go to one of the supplier sites that offer more than one flavor company and order five or six sample size bottles and just play around with the different ones until you find "your" favorite cream

All over the place
Lately I've been using Capella's Sweet Cream (no diketones) in conjunction with a little bit of TFA's Vanilla Swirl (no diketones). I occasionally use FA's Cream Fresh, but if you go too heavy to me it tastes a bit too much like, well, crème fraîche. Hangsen's Cream is a really good one as well, but it also suffers from a bit of what is going on with Cream Fresh from FA: a bit too much like spoiled milk. But if you do like FA's Cream Fresh, Hangsen's Cream is really good, and more strong.
