Inconsistancy?

I submitted a ticket ln your website but also wanted to post here as well. Dont get me wrong i love your product but i have a complaint about inconsistancy of ingredients. I have vaped your green apple about 90mls worth and love it. Have no issues. All vaped in a single tank. This last 30ml i got has cracked 3 of my tank tubes within minutes. Not sure why on the 4th bottle this would happen. One of the tanks were new. Usually tells me that there was somthing added to the mix that probably should not have been.

Im pretty much stuck with analogs atm until my new tanks arrive :(

But like i said. I still love your product. I just dont want this to happen again.

We are dumbfounded by your statement. These is nothing we could possibly but in to e liquid that would cause a tank to crack. Jerry the other owner of VaporBomb vapes nothing but Green Apple and has for years. We have changed nothing in the recipe. There is nothing that could be added to cause this, we would like you to return the product so we may attempt to duplicate that result. A refund will be issued or a replacement sent at your discretion. Again I want to state that we are confident that this is a hardware issue. Please let use know the exact hardware used at the time.

The hardware was smoketec dc tanks. The 3 that cracked were from madvapes and gotvapes. But im dumbfounded as well. Like i stated earlier i used up 3 30ml bottles of green apple in these tanks and had 0 issues. They worked great. But this last most recent bottle cracked all 3. I thought the 1st crack was due to too much use. So i tried another used tank and within 5 min of filling it cracked. The 3rd tank was brand new out of the packaging and same result. I know these tanks will crack if some kind of citrus or cinnamon is used. I will send the bottle back this week to you. The tanks are in the trash since they leaked all over. I have more tubes coming tomorrow as well. If this happened from the very first bottle i would have known not to use this juice in a tank. But to go 90 ml's without an issue kinda worried me.

Trust me when i say this i dont blame vapor bomb and i love your product. I will continue to purchase but i dont want this to happen again. I will submit a tracking number when i ship

I don't know if this might be helpful for you but I just purchased the revamped Stone tank from gotvapes and they've increased the thickness of the tubing. They upgraded a lot of things about it to reduce any issues that people might have and they're on sale at the moment.

p.s. I also love the green apple. I hope I can use citrus/cinnamon flavors in this thing!

Mikey........I think you may want to ask your mail delivery person?

I've never had a notice left......always the package.

On a side note.......how does all of this fit in with the inconsistency? Did the juice taste the same? Didn't you have any atty's or cartos to vape the juice from?

Hopefully you learned to always have a back up atty or carto so you don't go back to analogs...........

I submitted a delivery and if you check the tracking number above it will state a notice was left. I had backup carto's but punched cartos and no tank. I have attys that are on there last leg and to use them at work is a hassle. As for inconsistancy, again read the first post. It had same flavor just somthing in the liquid that caused 3 tanks to crack. If the package gets sent back to me ill just make a video of what it does. At this point im not going to place anymore orders with vaporbomb until i can get some clarity on this.

What do you mean by ask "my delivery" person? The package is in VB's city and there local PO. I have been emailing
a Michelle back and forth and she said she would keep an eye out.

After doing quality control on your juice we found and are confidant that the issue was not in the juice but the hardware. Rose used the remained of the juice in a LED tank with no issues. That being said we value you as a customer and we will offer to replace the juice with another juice. Please contact Michelle @ customer service and she will take care of this for you.
