I had this problem with my ggtb
It seems like it will fire great then it won't, I have to squeeze the crap out if the button sometimes. It's thoroughly clean I'm making contact everywhere and I still get weird good hit then weak hit then no hit. When I received from Yankeebobo it was firing great. I cleaned it in a sonic wash and took off all the naolox. Do I need to be naoloxed? Ugh I hate that stuff. I'm not rocking a spring since it hits way harder that way but the firing is so inconstant it drives me mad. Button is assembled as it should making contact with axis. It happens with all of my attys. any help? I love this mod but inconsistency is a big no no in my book. Thanks

If you're not using a spring, you're using magnets? To complete the circuit a conductor has to touch the inside of the button housing so if you're using magnets then the sides of the button cap has to touch the inside wall of the button housing which means that you have to apply side pressure to the button cap when pressing so it will consistently touch the inside of the housing. I had this same issue when I tried magnets. I also had major inconsistencies when using a non brass spring. There are springs out there that look like brass but are not.
Brass is where it's at for conductors. The latest GGTS has all brass conductors and performs absolutely flawlessly for me. I have since replaced all conductors in all my TS' with the same results. Not a single misfire and MUCH longer battery life as there is no significant voltage drop.
If your spring is attracted to a magnet, it is not brass

Yeah, you really need the brass pin. In fact, if you can snag one of the latest button switches with the brass pin, brass spring, and brass housing you won't be sorry.
The other performance enhancing parts are brass battery post and spring, and the new brass connector pin (connector insides)

Did you check to see if your springs are attracted to magnets?
