In my over month without analogs and now vaping, I noticed my appetite has increased a lot. Plus also, I love beer and since vaping, I drink far less of it. But I need to stop beer anyways with an ongoing liver issue. I think both are because of vaping and quitting the analogs for good.

Have any of you had this experience?

I think with me, beer and analogs were like salt and pepper. It's far easier to light an analog and put it out than it is to vape, as I tend to pay more attention to vaping than smoking analogs. The constant vaping I do seems to keep me distracted and I tend to drink less beer. That could be it.

Double health benefits! Whoo-hoo! :D

I feel a sudden urge for a beer!

At one time, I smoked so much that I got the wheezies at night. Drinking beer thinned the secretions and provided a sedative effect that allowed me to sleep.

And stupid me, I kept on smoking.

It took about a week for my lungs to clear and the wheezies to go away. However, I still love my beer.

They are so mournful at the convenience store I use. After years of selling me four packs a day, now they're only selling me beer and an occasional snack. I joke with them that if now stop drinking, how will they make a living? :D (I think this is funnier than they do.)

At the risk of speaking about the unspeakable. :| I'm also a regular smoker of....shall we say, left handed cigarettes. and I've found that I have cut WAY back on that since vaping. I think the topping off, dripping, mixing flavors and so forth, somehow replaces the "busy work" of cleaning screens, rolling, etcetera.

Mods, feel free to delete this if it crosses the line on rules, but it is a health benefit and not advocating said left handed cigarettes.

OK no increase in appetite,, that will never change I see how our food is handled before it gets nicely wrapped and put in the store... But don't have any cravings other then my normal routine since being off analogs.. I have noticed my coffee intake and craving for coffee is cut more then in half.. And have actually lost weight then gained it... soley because I am getting more and more active again. Feel more focused.

I've actually found that I'm eating less. At first I think it was all the flavors that I can no longer taste, that kept me from craving anything. I've wasted more food over the past month, eyes bigger than stomach syndrome. I haven't lost any weight so I assume I'm getting enough nutrition.

So far the benefits have been less appetite, breathe better, blood pressure is better...I just have burnt out taste buds atm.

I have seen an increase in appetite and have been cigarette free for only 8 days.

I am staying away from alchohol for a while because drinking is what gets me back to smoking every time. It seems that after a few beers or rum and cokes I want a cigarette. They just go together. drinking and vaping just isn't the same. Better off that way.

I have been vaping full board with the exception of 2 analogs a day, which I completely quit two weeks ago, since mid-April. I have lost a total of 17 pounds and counting!! :) After eating dinner, I vape a fruity dessert called Peaches 'n Cream instead of eating real dessert.

I am also more active than I ever was before, except for being idle by the PC talking to you guys........lol I feel better, I breathe better, I sleep better and the weight is coming off, so I am plenty pleased. Won't be long, 10 more pounds I think and I will be back to my "pre-baby" size. It will only have taken me more than 9 years to get there.....lol :D

No need to delete this at all, because it's true! I find that the pre-occupation to get my e-cig ready actually makes it a burdon to take another puff and pick up a beer! Not a bad one, but it's there. That is just enough to keep me from drinking shadloads of beer.

I'm actually loving it. :)

And to this end, if the FDA thinks we're marketing this to kids, GOOD LUCK to any kids that want to vape. Would be mega embarassment for you to show off your new E-Cig to show to your friends in the hall, only to see it fizzle because of a dry cart. I'd love to be there to see that s*it. LOL

There is a LOT of work involved to prep your vapes. Not to mention the costs of blown atomizers, etc.

Good luck kids. Come to the dark side! We have cookies. :D
