If you mean the PTN04050C, yes. Page 9 of http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ptn04050c.pdf has a list of resistor values to set between 5 and 15v.

every booster IC have a FB pin.From this pin must connect a resistor devider connected between FB pin to +Out one, and FB to GND second resistor.Value of this resistor is write in datasheet.
