Hi guys, I'm going to try to build a variable volt box mod and am having trouble figuring out what to use to regulate the voltage output. I found this....will it work?

There are many, many threads here in the battery mods forum that show different types of VV box mods....search them and ya can decide which one to use....good luck....

I think the little boost converter you linked will work just fine for HV vaping off of one LiPo. Looks like a good, cheap option to me.

FYI, the LM2596 is a buck converter, so it does step-down, as opposed to the one linked by the OP that does step-up.
