So I'll introduce myself by saying I wish I had come here and read first haha. My impulse purchase list is as follows. Evic, itaste VV, one for work one for home. 3 vivi nova tanks, (didn't know the heads were replaceable). A nautilus, which I loved for a day until it lost ALL flavor. And a kanger protank 3 that opened up in my pocket, but had pretty damned good flavor. The vivi nova is my favorite as of right now. Solid, and decent flavor. Juices. 5 pawns bowdens mate, suicide bunny mothers milk, a coffee flavored one in a blue bottle, vaporfi coffee and mint, mr. good vape peaches and cream. I'm undecided on all of the above as I switch flavors all the time daily. So? That's my story. Thanks for all the info you guys have here!

Easier said than done I know, but take a deep breath and slow down. You have picked up decent equipment and you need a little time playing with it all to get a handle on what you like/need. You have selected good juices as well but your taste profile is gonna vary as you get your sense of smell and taste back.
Do some more reading here, ask lots of questions and you will be fine

I second the advise by Towmotor. Take the time to learn all about the gear you have. Each piece of vape hardware has its own unique challenges. But once you learn how to deal with all of this, your vape gear can work for you.

Agree with all the above, it will take a bit of time to find exactly what suits your needs for now and those needs will change as you are away from the analogs for longer. Your vaping style will change, the flavours you like now may not satisfy in 3 months time.
And of course the ever growing need for more and more "toys" to play with, that's my biggest downfall but love the world of vaping and can't believe it took me so long before I got involved

Thank you so much everyone for taking time to answer! I do feel as though I went and jumped into the ocean without swimmies haha. I do however think this is going to work out quite well for me! My only thing? The flavor still hasn't returned to my nautilus. Did I do something wrong to it? I put a flavor in that I didn't like, cleaned it with hot water, waited for it to dry, then refilled, waited 10 minutes, put it on my evic? Giant cloud. That tasted like nothing haha. I'm confused? The flavor works amazingly in my vivi nova.

I don't use any of those particular toppers, but since you say you washed the Naut, it's possible the first few vapes from it were just the rest of the water boiling out.
Having multiple toppers (and batteries!) is a good way to go - you can have several flavors ready without having to finish off one. So, really, nothing lost there! And backups are critical to success.

I think I may just have a bad head in the nautilus as it still hasn't come back yet haha. But yes, all of my tanks have my different flavors in them, and well? It's awesome. I put two of them in an old skullcandy headphone case I have and one on the pv. Three flavors all day! I'm having a good time for sure haha.
There is a new Vape shop, a town over from mine that just opened, and I bought more heads for my nautilus, problem solved. Also bought a cool stainless tank for it that looks like lattice as well. All is right in the vaping world.
Unless you're rewinding you coils, no way to do that. The value of the resistance is fixed once built, and will slowly increase through use.
With a VV or VW device you just adjust the volts or set the watts and the device will set the volts for the resistance you have on top.

Just received my ipv Mini in the mail, with my aspire Atlantis tank. Filled tank with Mothers Milk. Mouth hit 30 minutes later. Lame. Tried my first lung hit since I was a child with *ahem* other paraphernalia. Giant vapor. And big taste. And? I coughed my face clean off.
