I posted something similar in the mech mod section but there's more traffic here so....

I picked up an Infinite Stingray X yesterday at a local shop.
During my cash transaction the girl removed something from the box as she was packing it up for me. I wasn't really paying attention until I got home. After looking at like 20 different websites I realized it was the drip tip that she took. It's supposed to have a matching tip but its not there.
Do I say something to her?
Contact the owners?
I realize that it's only like a $2-3 drip tip but then I started thinking about what else she may have done to other people.
Stealing is stealing no matter if its $2 or 2g's.
What should I do?

I would go back up there. Print out what is supposed to come with it. Ask for the store manager.

I would definitely confront her manager mate. Number one you are spending more money with them as compared to an online retailer so they should be grateful and number two there is no company policy that states they can take purchased equipment out of that box. Once the purchase is made and the receipt is printed it is yours and in fact stealing, in the store or on the street it is YOUR merchandise and she is not legally permitted to be tampering with it.
