Correction .11 ohms

Firstly: What batteries? 18650 3.7 volt is every 18650 on the market. What brand, and mah are labelled on it?
Secondly: Don't use or fire 0.09 or 0.11 ohm coils. Those are ridiculously low and meant for extremely advanced users.

We cannot recommend any coil builds without knowing what equipment you have. Literally if you have a 10amp battery we don't know about, that 0.11 ohm coil could vent in your mod or blow a few chunks of the tube into your flesh. Someone will be along shortly with the battery safety threads as well - one should NEVER be rebuilding coils without knowing Ohms law, battery performance, etc.

Hello and welcome to the forum Thiskid99. Glad to have you here!:)

+1 on having an ohm reader! However you still have a lot to learn.

If you are new to mods and rebuildables I highly recommend you spend some time with Baditude (one of our resident battery experts) and visit his blogs. You are now 100% in control of your own safety (and others around you). Make sure you purchase an ohm reader and a voltmeter or DMM so you can measure your builds, check for shorts and measure the remaining charge on your batteries.

Baditudes Blogs. The blogs regarding mods and rebuildables are listed below:

BATTERIES

9. Battery Basics for Mods: IMR or Protected ICR?
* Another essential read to understand which batteries are safe to use in mechanical and regulated mods. Includes a frequently updated list of recommended safe-chemistry, high-drain batteries with their specifications.

17. Purple Efest Batteries Not As Advertised
* A cautionary blog that reveals that the purple Efest batteries may not have the specifications advertised. Also includes a commentary on "continuous discharge ratings" vs "pulse discharge ratings" of battery specs.

OHM'S LAW

14. Ohm's Law for Dummies (Vapers)
* My attempt at explaining Ohm's Law in layman terms and how it relates to vaping.

16. Explain it to the Dumb Noob: Ohm's Law Calculations
* As simple as it is to use, some people have a tough time grasping the concept. Warning: Includes graphic photos of mod explosions.

MECHANICAL MODS & REBUILDABLES

7. Information Resources for Your First RBA
* An essential read and reference guide for someone new to rebuilding coils. Includes a multitude of useful links on battery safety, mod safety, coil meters, coil building, and the differences in the three types of RBA's.

15. Inexpensive Mechanical Mod and RDA Setup
* A response to the frequently asked question on how to get into rebuildable atomizers with a mechanical mod inexpensively. Includes a list of commonly used tools and supplies for rebuilding and where to find them.

BATTERIES - WHERE TO BUY

Only buy batteries from a reputable supplier (not ebay or Amazon) as there are many counterfeit batteries being sold. Here are several reputable battery suppliers in the US.

* RTD Vapor
* Illumination Supply
* Lighthound
* Orbtronics

Ok.
E-Cigarette Forum - Baditude - Blogs

Read those battery safety blogs from Baditude. He's done a lot of research and compiled things for people to learn battery safety without getting confused.

Now, your Samsung sounds like it's a 25R. That is a 20 amp continuous draw MAXIMUM. Your 0.11 ohm build was trying to draw 38.18 amps out of that battery - you're overtaxing it. Your best bet would be to hit youtube, watch a bunch of coil building videos after you've read up on battery safety and know what your limits can be with the Samsung 25R's.

Well I jus put my little boy on the reader and it says .04 ohms but I've been using for 2 days ? Just picked up the meter today but the build was done at a vape shop. Meter be bad ?

So it's gone from 0.09 to 0.11 to 0.04? Sounds like a post isn't screwed in completely. That's also unsafe. However your vape shop built you a coil that low!? SLAP THAT IDIOT PLEASE. Then see above.

No my little boy rda is at .04 ohms built buy the shop. The infinite clt is at .11

With your Samsung 25R you cannot run those resistances safely. You NEED to be at bare minimum 0.21ohms, preferably much higher. The fact a vape shop built 0.04 with those batteries makes them staffed by complete idiots. Especially to someone who doesn't know battery safety. You seriously need to put those down and read up before using them anymore. Then build yourself coils that your battery can safely handle.

Those builds are SO LOW that you can't even savage them if they were dual coil and you ripped one of the coils out. Get rid of both those builds and set the RDA's aside until you can read up on battery safety, Ohm's Law, amp draw, etc. (all the links I provided).

If you have any questions, please come back and ask them so we can help you move forward safely!:)
