Infinity help

Before I pay to have this shipped back, looking for help.....Got a new infinity in today and the batts are full charge with a regular Boge cartos....it is not wanting to dial up to higher voltage at all..it makes vapor but its really poor?????

Im sure you already checked this but did you try another set of batts to be sure the protection circuit in the batt isnt messed up?

Make sure the center post is pulled up and making contact with the Infinity center post , also what is the resistance of the Boge carto ?
