Hey guys,
I’m hoping that you can give me a hand. I’ve been smoking for 15 years, and hoping that e-cigs might be an alternative for me. I feel like I’ve spent a lot of time researching it, but there’s either a lot of information out there, or I haven’t spent enough time because I’m still confused.
I just bought this starter kit
$20.96 CE4+ 6-in-1 USB Rechargeable 1300mAh Electronic Cigarettes Health Keeping Set - black / US plug adapter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
And I also bought some of the liquid from Vaporgod
Is there anything else that I will need to at least try it out? Does that kit come with cartomizers? Should I buy some of those too?
Thanks in advance,
Steve

Welcome devious...

We all have to start somewhere, and what you have ordered is as good as any to get the show on the road. You'll change/add/subtract/adjust as you (and your wallet) get deeper into it.
If anything bad or weird happens, get on ECF and post the issue... there will be plenty of good folks to walk you through and correct, or point you in the right direction to correct, just about any roadblocks you encounter.

You got a nice kit to start and to see if you like vaping and try different flavors...we all start the same way and then we spend alot more to know what we like ...like an apv and carto tanks and rebuildables , so i say to my self ...when i was buying analogs at $560 a month for me and the wife and now that we are both vaping for the last 2 years , even of i spend $600 to $1000 a year on vaping ..i'm ahead money wise and health wise , so we keep on vaping and enjoying all kind of flavors and it became a very good passtime for us and we love it !!!!:toast:

Cute! Only issue I have with that kit (as far as making my OWN choice for a kit) is the same problem I have with 99% of all kits: there is nothing to gauge what size this thing is! :evil:Grrrr!

p.s. Those of u who will undoubtedly reply to this issue by stating that the length is actually in the description ... I have no idea how many millimeters make up an inch, and inches are generally what we go by here in the states. I suppose I could go get a ruler but it seems like a lot of work to have to do that with all the possible kits Im looking at. A picture is worth a thousand words anyways.

Quick way to sort it in your head. Just remember that 25.4mm is an inch... round it to 25mm even and you're a shy inch - so figure 50mm is close to 2" and 100mm is a shy 4 inches.

Yes, size does matter. 159 mm = 6.26 inches. Definitely on the shorter side, as far as batts and clearos go.

Looks like a good starter kit. I started with something like that. You will need more tanks. My wife just started vaping and everytime we have a new flavor I have to was tanks. You can never have enough. Just do some research and find what you like. The CE4 has some problems with the seals coming off or breaking down. Congrats and enjoy. Welcome

I tried a starter kit like that. It just didnt seem to hit hard enough for me. I quickly upgraded to mods and other variable voltages. You CAN find a vapeing solution that's right for you, so if you dont like your kit, dont give up. Try something that runs higher volts, eventually you'll like vapeing more than you liked smoking. I actually prefer it to smoking now and am rarely tempted by cigarettes. I had to spend a little money to find what fit me best but that's half the fun, right?

I had this problem until I got into batteries. :)

A standard AA battery is 14mm in diameter and 50mm in length. So 156mm is like 3 AA batteries long. But that's for the whole thing. The 1300mAh battery is probably about 100mm (2 AA batteries long) and the topper makes up the rest.

I haven't got the slightest idea either, so I do this...
Let me google that for you

Honestly, I wasn't trying to be a ......... by posting that.
That is really what I do.
