Hi- I need some honest opinions and objective information. I am not really a smoker-which for me means this: I occasionally bummed a cigarette and I would purchase a pack of clove cigarettes, or one of those individual mini flavored cigars every 2-3 years. Never smoked more than 1-2 in any given day. A pack would last me a month. Years sometimes elapsed between smokes until there was a high stress situation at work, then I would buy a cigarette from someone for a day or two. BUT... I would have BEEN a smoker if not for all the nasty things, because I genuinely like the action of smoking- the hand to mouth and the inhaling. It was relaxing to me. It never took as a habit because I DISliked the taste of any (unflavored) tobacco and the smell of cigarettes. After a few smokes, I was glad to put it aside. And then there were all the health issues. I just wanted a flavor and the action of smoking. I never craved the nicotine. So for decades I actually wished for something like e-cigs before they existed. I finally got the nerve up to try an electronic cigarette and after research, I settled on Green Smoke. I WAS looking for something small with the exact look and feel of a cigarette and with a decent vapor. I expected to be a low user- maybe 12-24 puffs (1-2 cigs) on any given day. I ordered the Green Smoke Pro kit and for me it was perfect- loved the compact carry case, for me a battery lasted more than 3 days of usage. I hated the absolute tobacco but liked the newest- CLOVE- yes! Mocha Mist was good also. I tried those three carts and alternated them and everything was fine for about 4 days. Carts still producing vapor, battery still working, sometimes I could hear a crackle. But then on the fifth day I actually had to quit because I DID experience a number- a lot- of side effects. The first day or two it was just a minor sore throat and a very dry nose. Then I got crusty blood inside my nose. Still could live with that. By day 3 I was having loose stools and some leg cramping as well. I woke up on the fifth morning with all those symptoms PLUS chest pain, stomach tenderness (hurt just to touch), nausea, headache, extreme fatigue and very very achy muscles- all over my body. Again it hurt just to touch my arms or legs, and lower back and shoulders. So I stopped. Hate to have to return the kit... it is really just what I wanted. But all these side effects scare me. It has been 3 full days with no use. This is the 4th morning. The symptoms are slowly resolving, no headache and no muscle aches. Still a bit of chest pain. What is the culprit? Any suggestions? Sounds like nicotine toxicity- but cigs never did that- If I got dizzy I would stop smoking. Did the PG break down on heating? I have worked with PG topically with no problems-and it is ubiquitous in foods so I do not think it is a PG allergy. Maybe I am sensitive to inhaling PG/VG or flavorings? I read all these forums for weeks prior to purchasing and trying. Never really saw ANYone post anything negative or any side effects other than dry nose, chest pain. How can I be the ONLY one to have experienced this? Green Smoke will take back the kit- but I hate to send it back after such a limited usage/trial. I would like to know what happened as I would like to be able to "vape" but wonder if this means I will have similar problems with ANY product out there. OH- I wanted to sample their flavors so I got the variety pack so the absolute tobacco and the mocha mist were 18mg, the clove was just 6 mg. Never got beyond that in the 4 days of usage. All the carts were still producing vapor and the battery was still working fine. Thanks for any ideas.

Hi

You will get more responses if you break up your post into paragraphs. I know that can be difficult if you're sending it from a phone or some other device, but you might try it in the "Go Advanced" option. Some members, like me, have a hard time reading huge blocks of text.

Cheers!

Hi, Ya that's a lot of symptoms. Could be the PG, my niece got immediate Migraines and had to stop vaping. I get ms. cramps in my legs, but I find when I drink enough water (vaping is dehydrating) I don't get any cramps. I also got the dry nose and throat, changed my liquid to 50/50 and that did it. The only problem I have now is watery eyes all the time. I think you have to do the elimination process. Good Luck.
