Inhale/Exhale question (how to?)

This is a bit of an odd question. I'm assuming most of you here on ECF know of Mr. GrimmGreen, however my question is (and maybe just maybe he'll chime in on this thread) is how does he take a "toot" from his mod and exhale out of his nose WHILE still inhaling?

Sorry for the stupid question, I tried and literally can't figure it out.

He's simply taking a mouth draw while exhaling through his nose.

I'm not familiar with this guy in particular, but what you're describing is circular breathing. It's a technique you usually find with brass and woodwind musicians

It can most noticeably be seen with players playing a Didgeridoo. It's how they continuously make a sound without stopping. What Grimm is doing is just in reverse, he's just pulling it into his mouth while exhaling through the nose.
