Ok been scanning the forum but have not seen this in here. I started vaping 2 weeks ago, the lady that sold me the starter kit showed me how to use it and everything, but she did notice that not much vaper came out when I exhaled, thought maybe it was the way I was doing it. Anyways on most occassions I inhale alot of vapour but not much comes out. I have tried atty's..don't much like them. Switched to cartomizers....like them better as they hold much more juice and taste better. Then I tried dripping...........love it but not very practical when driving.

However the only time I get great vapour on exhaling is when I am dripping.

Is there something I am missing or is this something other people notice also.

Yes I am using the same juice for both ways......it is 18mg 80pg and 20vg........mixed it myself. And you might be right, I don't release it right away, I do hold it, except for when I drip....seems to be a warmer, more flavourful vapour so don't seem to hold it as long. Actually for 30+ years that I smoked never realized till I started vaping that I was actually swallowing the smoke each drag I took............hahah found out pretty quick this doesn't work for vaping...........mad me cough and choke like a maniac.

I will have to try not gholding the vaper in so long.............but that is going to be a hard thing to do lol. was just worried I was doing something wrong............and thinking maybe all the vapour wasn't so good staying in my lungs.

Thanks for the help, and quick replies.

not sure if I'm 100% correct, but the amount of vapor you exhale is somewhat of a wasteful exercise. basically if you know that you are inhaling lots of vapor ( and it's not a case of pg vs vg) but not much comes out, it only means that your lungs have more effectively absorbed the vapor and in turn the nicotine within the liquid. Is that bad? no, not really, it's actually a more efficient way of getting your fix with less waste.

Basically, the more you exhale , the more you're wasting. But I'm not saying to hold your breath till you turn blue, in order to get the most bang for your buck, all within reason! Just take a nice enjoyable drag and keep it in as much as you would like.
