Initial charge for SmokTech Winder VV battery?

I just received this battery(1100mAh). No instructions were included. Does this battery need an extended initial charge? When I got my eGo kit the instructions said to charge those batteries for 8 hours initially. Just wondering if I need to do the same with this one.

Most batts are shipped with 40% charge - best for storage. Just put it on a charger until the light on the charge goes green. The 8 hour stuff (called 'priming') is for NiCads and some Chinese manuals didn't change. Doesn't apply to lithium based batts.
