how should I charge new KGO 1100 mah

Hey guys tittle pretty much says it all I just received a new KGO mega dual coil Kit 1100mah from sweet- vapes & there aren't any instructions for it included.
So what I need to know is weather or not the batteries require an extended initial charge, like the 280mah 510 batteries I am using now needed an 8 hour charge before the first use, even though the charger light would turn green long before that.

My Kgo came with a booklet that said to charge it for 8 hours before using it then after 8 hours vape with it for 20 minutes then put it back on the charger for another hour. I hope this helps.

Congrats but the best cartos for Kgo are 1.7 Smok Tech single coil or Boge 2.0 single coil. Put the batt on the charger until it turns green. Ok to vape with the 1 batt while charging the other without harm.

I have two KGO kits and about to buy a third.

I've read time and time again that the advice to charge for 8 hours, use for 20 minutes, then charge for another hour is bogus, based on outdated information. I only did it once - my other KGO batteries are holding up like champs.

Oh, ditto what vapor said about the cartos. I don't think high-ohm, dual coil is the best option for your kit.

Also, it is OK to "partially" charge a battery. No need to let it run down completely, then re-charge it fully.

Best to not allow them to discharge below 25%, if possible, for longer life. I've got friends been using them for 6+ months and they are still going strong.

Just charge until green.

--Don't wait until battery is dead to re-charge. It will prolong the life of the battery
--Don't screw it in too tight into the charger. Just until it lights up.
--Occasionally get a q-tip and some alcohol and wipe the inside of your battery connection and the charger connection to keep any e-liquid gunk from building up.

This isn't official battery info or anything. Just some tips I've picked up from other members along the way.

I have a quick question about the battery charger, for those of you that use a KGO. When charging, one of my batteries has a solid red light and one of them flashes between red and green. This isn't really important because it doesn't seem to have any effect on the battery usage, but I am curious about why they are different.

This is due to the internal electronics in the PV.

When I charge my Twists the fire button flashes 5 times and then goes out and the charger light is red and flashes green every 5 seconds. It gradually goes to green.

My 1100mah kGo flashes the fire button 3 times and then comes on steady and the red light on the charger stays on steady until completely charged.
