So whats the deal with the cool fire? i was out and about shopping online and came across it/a kit that includes the device, tank, battery, and charger. I have yet to do extensive research but what exactly is it? for the longest time i have been looking for a mod that is basically a cheap and smaller sized silver bullet. While i know it is nowhere actually "comparable", it seems to be something similar to a nice version of a Bolt from madvapes! I have always loved the simplicity of 1 button non locking mods and that is why i am intrigued! Has anyone used it? How did it vape?

Looks like the price point and form factor are the selling points. It seems like innokin has noticed the appeal of the fat metal tube market (mech mods) but dumbed it down for the mainstream consumer. Arguably it would provide a more consistent vape since you don't have to worry about voltage drop but sub-ohm coils are out of the question.

I have had the Cool Fire 1 for about 2 months. There is good and bad!

The good is that the flavor of all my juices are amazing - and warm - which I love.

The bad is that I go through single coil cartos like crazy - it eats them for lunch. EVODS - NO Way!! burnt burnt burnt!!

I believe that innokin really made this to be used with the Iclear 30B - Dual Coil. So It is really too high powered for any retail single coil!

What I really wanted was a VV VW 18350 device to upgrade from my Vision Spinner. The B&M I shop at convinced me that anything would work on this device and the voltage would auto adjust. In Theory, I believe he was correct but in practice, not so much.

Any advice on a really well built VV VW device that is not a Provari (too much for me right now). I would love something that i could dial back to 7.5 - 8 Watts and have my juice and cartos last a little longer.

Check out the VTR. I've used one and really like it.

The vtr is a good vv/vw mod, but it is limited to 19mm 510 tanks natively. It does come with an extender, but there will be a voltage drop using it. No idea how little or how much that would be. One option as well would be the coolfire 2 mod which is vw only - 7w-12.5w and takes an 18350. Looks a bit like a grenade so I dont know if that would interest you...

Don't know if you've found anything yet, but for the past 2 weeks or so, I've been using the itaste SVD. VV/VW, a bit bigger, but will accept an 18650 cell for all day vaping. Pretty good results w/ a Protank 2.
