Could be several things. For one thing, the iStick has a larger battery than the Coolfire. For another, it fires 10 watts higher, at least if that's where you set it, and that drains the battery faster. The 4.1v thing could be an inducator it isn't charging fully, too. How are you measuring voltage?

Hi, suprtrkr!
First of all, thanks for your answer. Of course, i use both (CF4, iStick 20, 30W) on the same wattage (ca. 10-12W). Thats the way fair comparison. I have two MVP 2 and a MVP 3.0. All of them are fully charged at 4.2V.
Furthermore, when my CF4 is fully charged the battery level indicator on the screen lose a bar after 3-4 drags.
Do you have CF4? Is Your CF4 fully charged at 4.14V or 4.2?

I don't have any of the mods you mention. I would not place a lot of faith in comparitive voltage measurements until you start making them with the same meter to eliminate calibration errors. Similarly with the bar graph on the CF4. I'm not saying you're wrong, mind-- you know what you know-- I'm saying we can't diagnose it without those measurements. A calibration error in the CF's internal voltage measurement could result in faulty display and premature shut off while the battery is still partially charged. Sounds like something's up with the CF, but I don't know what, or not yet.

Dear suprtrkr! Thanks for your thoughts.

Dear Bunnykiller! In fact, it's not 0.06 volts. 4.14 to 4.2 are 0.6 volts! It's about 80 drags. So, really not an itsy bitsy fault! I think.... OK, volt meter is wrong. But, why last iSticks (20 and 30W) 3 days more (with 2200 mAh battery) than CF4 (with 2000 mAh)? Even my 1280 mAh iTaste CLK 1280 (on 4.5-4.8V) lasts a little bit more than CF4 (the same measurments)!
But, what i really want to know: Those who have Cool Fire 4 their device fully charged at 4.14 or 4.2V? Or mine is wrong?

No, it really is 0.06 volts. 4.20-4.14=0.06

YOU'RE RIGHT, Mapultz and Bunnyikiller! It's my fault. But, i can take about 80 drags with my MPVs within 0.06V. ;)
My MVP 3.0 says its battery level is at 4.09V and puff counter is at 104 puffs.

Dear AllElseFailed! MVPs and CF4 say their battery level with the puff counter (push "+" and "-" in the same time) iSticks dont. As I know all the batteries should be 4.2V when fully charged. My CF4 only at 4.14.
How long your CF4 lasts (between two charge) and which wattage/voltage level?

Mine has been lasting 3-4 days on a charge and I'm a chain vaper. But, I only vape at lower wattage/voltage levels...usually anywhere from 3.6-4.4 volts. I also switch back and forth Tried sub-ohming, but it's not really for me (yet).

And thanks for the info on where to see the battery level...I'm still pretty new to vaping and didn't even realize it showed that. Unfortunately, I'm at work, so I can't see what my fully charged MVP 2.0 is at right now and my CF4 is with me and not fully charged now.

Wow yours last 3-4 days. Mine doesn't even last a day not sure if there is a problem with it

I'd say more 1 day to a day and a half now that I'm using it more and more. Like I had said, I switch off. I meant that I use several different devices during the day. Sorry if that wasn't more clear! The last few days I have been using it as my primary, but it's still lasting me a day and half. But I will agree that my vaping life could be totally different than yours. I pretty much vape all day long at my desk and pretty much continuously after work until I go to bed. I am very early in coming off a 26 year PAD habit, but I'm also a total tootle puffer! I only go through about 3 ml/day during the week and anywhere from 5-10 on the weekends.

I wouldn't think that right off, his vaping life could be totally different than yours.

HER vaping life. :)

I Vape all day continuesly. I have only had my cool fire since Thursday last week and that is when I stopped smoking so it looks like I might have to get another mod as backup as the mvp 3 I use to sub ohm is my partners. His battery has lasted over 4 days so thinking of getting that one. It's great been a tootle puffer

Ok..you did see that I said that I'm only going through about 3ml per day, right? If you are sub-ohming, etc., you are using your battery WAY more than I am! You have to take that into account. It takes much more power for a battery to power at higher watts than low watts, like I vape. I"m more nice and easy, slow and steady. No cloud chasing for me. Your battery is working harder, therefore it is not going to last as long. I would look on Innokins website and see what they say for battery life. Aren't they only 2200MaH?

JMHO.

This is my thought, that it might just be a bad unit -- my iStick30's and my CF4 are extremely comparable in battery life.
