Innokin iClear X.1 ... My first impressions after vaping 2ml juice

Looks- pretty good, doesn't have the clean lines of the aerotank, but close. Nice drip-tip. Steel portion has a significantly laeger diameterthan the pyrex portion, which should make it survive a fall betther than a protank.
Vapor Production- Better than every clearo without adjustable air-flow that i have tried.
Airflow- Better than all clearos without AFC.
Flavor- Good, about on par with stock Protank and Aspire coils. Will update this in a few days, since i find that flavor sometimes improves after a few tanks in a new clearo.
Ease of use and maintenace- Same as any other bottom coil.

Impulse buy, since i found a good deal ( $ 16 ). If i can't find a way to rebuild, i will probably gift it to a friend that doesn't rebuild. I just can't understand why the Chinese spend all their time coming out with new tanks every other month, and can't be bothered to build a proper coil.

Overall, if you don't rebuild ( strongly urge you to do ), i find it superior to the following tanks i have significant vaping time with :

Kanger- Evod, Mini pt, pt, pt2 ( without aero base )
Innokin- iClear, iClear 30, iClear 30s ( i prefer top coils for naturally extracted tobaccos )
Aspire- Vivi Pyrex, CE5-S, ET, ET-S
Vision- Vivinova, CE 4

It is not as good as the Aerotank and Nautilus, but it's significantly cheaper.

I just got mine last night.. the only reason I like the aerotank better is the airflow control since the X1 seems to have a more airy draw than the 30S and 30B.. but as far as taste/performance so far I think its better than kangers.. (I always prefer innokin clearos to kanger anyways). All and all I really like the look and the taste is just as good as the other top clearos.. but just like you said I will need to see if things improve/decrease after a few days of using it.

I was also glad NOT to smell that machine factory scent innokin is known for after unwrapping the thing.

Thanks, looks like the guy doing the video wasn't happy with vapor production of the cotton rebuild, but at least i know how to dismantle the coil. I am going to recoil as a single though and hoping for better results. I already have some ideas to improve the air flow, just by watching his rebuild.
