I know some batteries (depending on the equipment), it is suggested that you wait until they have fully discharged BEFORE recharging them again...this helps with the lifespan of the battery, while other types of batteries it is recommended that you plug them in the charger often.

Which charging method is best suited for the MVP 20 watt?

The MVP can be charged whenever and as often as you want. You're actually better off charging before it's dead.

No problem. I wondered the same thing when I get my MVP2. I'm glad they like being charged because I'm kind of ocd about it lol.
