have they quit making these? What would be a good battery for me if the mvp 20w is what i am currently using? ( i cannot seem to find any mvp 20w for sale)
The MVP 20 is long long gone. In fact, I can think of no mod rated to top out at 20 watts anymore. Most are 50 watts and up. If you're looking for an internal battery device with decent battery life, look at the istick power 80.

Bad news first: that device is old and outdated, and no longer in production. Replacements will be hard to find, and expensive to boot since it's now a "vintage antique."

And now, for the good news: devices today can do everything the MVP could, and more, for about the same price as it went for back in its day.

More good news: Innokin, the company behind the MVP, is still in the business of putting out great devices for every style of vaping. You might be interested in the new Kroma-A device. Or, perhaps the iStick Shawn mentioned, or anything else by that brand (Eleaf) if none of Innokin's offerings pique your interest.

Not all of the iStick... The QC200 is a POS. The Tessera seems solid, though.

I actually have one of those antiques and quite like it (I didn't purchase it, it was a gift, and kind of a neat one at that).

I'd say the mvp is probably decent (don't have one of those) and there is really nothing too different probably other than it's updated, and has a higher wattage limit.

It's also an internal battery mod I think? You can certainly continue to go that route if you wish. There are also plenty of other internal battery mods that are decent, but if you liked what you had, my best guess is, sure.

Get one, and with internal battery mods, don't get more than one unless you are going to put them both in rotation as keeping one in one's vapeopalypse closet won't be the best idea, as they have a shelf life the battery will slowly and surely degrade over time whether it's vaped or not. (You may not be at the point of stashing extras anyway, also fine.)

The downside of internal battery mods is that when they die, you can't replace the battery, and some of them will last long enough that what you purchase in the future will be quite different, although to be fair regulated mods do die too. It's just (99 times out of 100) going to be the board not the battery etc.

Is the mvp 4 any good? it looks a lot like my mvp 20 but is 100 w ....
I bet you would love a MVP 4 if you liked the older MVP. Typical great build quality you would normally find in the MVP line up. My only gripe with Innokin is the 510 is a bit shallow for some tanks. The Antheon chip looks really good.
