I know that there is an innokin threw so already but it is like two hundred pages long and mostly doesn't actually cover what I hoped. Although still interesting lol.

I have an innokin itaste vv 3and was wondering what kit people have used to improve it further? Be gentle on me I am very new! Lol

What do you mean by "kit"? The topper? I'm kinda-sorta new, started here in Jan, got an iTaste vv3 in Feb, but I don't think I've heard anyone use the term "kit" so I don't know what you mean.

Ahh, ok, gotcha.

First off, I hated the iClear16 clearos that came with it. They destroyed the taste of my favorite e-juice. So I went to a local B&M and got a kanger T3S; liked it so much I ordered another. I also got an ARO Pyrex, for the naughty juices that destroy plastic, but that one is like 3.5ml, so as much as I like it, I'm looking for another pyrex with a smaller tank. Seriously considering the Protank II Mini, since I like my plastic kanger tanks so much. I posted a thread asking for opinions of it in the "Clearomizers" sub-forum, but haven't seen anything yet. I may also get other kinds of plastic tanks, but they'll be bottom-coil, for sure. Probably not dual coil, as I find the single-coil kind quite warm enough, and it seems to me that having 2 coils would necessarily make it a lot warmer, which, like the top-coils, would not be too good with my favorite e-juice. I've heard good things about the Evod, so I may look into that; they seem to be affordable.

One other thing -- I found the "retractable" doohicky on the iTaste's USB cable to be a real pain in the ...., since I almost always use my iTaste in "pass-thru" mode, from the USB port on the front of my computer; that plastic gizmo was always banging against the desk, so I started using the USB cable that came with my eRoll, which has the same micro-USB as the iTaste. It's also a little longer than the fully-extended iTaste cable, and seems a lot tougher; the iTaste's cable seems so thin and fragile to me, and I'm a klutz non pareil -- much better for someone like me to use the tougher cable. :D

When we get our fed refund in May, I'm planning to order a couple more iTaste vvw3 batteries, just to make sure I always have a working PV. ;) Maybe I'll get one of every color -- the one I have now is the "pearl chrome".

The vv3 was one of the first vv/vw devices I used and i still have it for a backup.
First a few pieces of advice, if you want more power check out pbusardos websites it has the numbers for the actual power output of it. If you try to power it to max you will get poorer performace it just isnt quite made for it. That being said its a good device and a good buy. I used everything on it at some point or another and I found that evods were probably the best tank I paired it with. In my opinion anyways and its also cheap to boot lol.

Congrats on getting a great little mod. I started with them and although I have other batts, I still love the VV3's. As far as toppers go, I prefer the Kanger mini Protank II's and the full sized Protanks II's. I have installed Aerotank bases on them all to make them a great vape. I have recently started rebuilding the little coils in them and they really push out some serious vapor and flavor now.

You might want to look at the Aspire CE5-s Pyrex. That is what I ordered. Should look good on top of the V3.

It appears to be a dual coil... as I said, don't want a dual coil; it would almost have to be warmer than a single coil, and I find the single coils quite warm enough -- I already discovered that too much heat utterly destroys the flavor of the e-juice I like best.

I've decided that the best one for me to get next is the Protank II Mini; I wanted something smaller, and everything I've seen or read about the PT II Mini is excellent. The ARO that I have now is 3.5ml, and although it's slender, I do find it a little topheavy. I think the 1.5ml PT II Mini should be a good bit lighter, and I think maybe less troublesome, too; lots of reports of leaks from both the T3S and the ARO, and I've experienced a little of that myself, but I haven't seen anything about the PT II Mini leaking. I also like that it has a removable driptip, because I find steel driptips cold. Unless the juice I'm using is a tank-cracker, I'd prefer acrylic; with the destructive juices, glass or ceramic; I've even seen some made of real jade.
