    Hello and welcome back folks for today's review of the Klypse Mecha Kit from Innokin. The Klypse Mecha is the next evolution in the Klypse family of devices that has some very nice features in a compact package. This is a thin box styled pod device with a 900mAh internal battery and has adjustable airflow via 2 airflow feed holes on a slider airflow control that can be tailored for a tight to loose vape ( MTL or RDL ). The appearance of this device is a step above with some nice features to go with that.

    FIRST IMPRESSIONS

    I have to give Innokin with a big thumbs up with the packaging and presentation, also the attractive appearance of both colors of the Kylpse Mecha mods looking like the inside workings of a watch with all the gears being visible. Picking the device up you can feel how solidly built it is with some heft to go with, I like both colors but the Silver just stands out more being of a lighter color. I like how simplified Innokin made the mod using just one control ( JOG DIAL ) for electronic adjustments.

    The Klypse Mecha pod connects into the device using magnets as most devices do but before using a sticker on the bottom of the coil has to be removed. There is no fire button on the device being a auto draw only type. A small nozzle inside the device funnels airflow to the coil.

    Pod capacity is 2ml and I can say it's a sipper of juice lasting a long time before needing a refill. The fill port is side based with the rubber plug we all know with a good sized opening for filling. I like that Innokin's prefilled pod's are compatible with the Klypse Mecha. The adjustable airflow control is located on the side of the device, it's a slider with 2 airflow inlet holes that can be dialed in using all of the openings or cutting them down to your liking.

    On the other side is the USB-C charge port placed towards the top, the device has enough weight to it that charging it standing upright is no problem, on the bottom are 3 battery vent holes. On the back of the device is the only place that Innokin puts their name that's stamped on top of what looks like a holographic shimmer of light that moves around.

    On the front is the jog dial for all your adjustments, this is a very easy way of keeping things simple and clutter free of other buttons. Turning the device on and entering the menu is a simple process. There are 2 power modes Wattage or voltage plus a usable clock in either 12 or 24 hour format. I have to tell you that you need to be very quick when making adjustments as it will revert very fast. There is also a vape time cutoff and a display screen cutoff setting as well.

    * On/Off - 3 Presses Of The Jog Dial

    * Lock/Unlock Adjustment Dial - Press And Hold Jog Dial For 3 Seconds

    * Enter The Menu System - 2 Presses Of The Jog Dial

    * Once Inside The Menu Turn The Dial To Move To What You Want To Adjust, Once There Press The Dial And Make Your Adjustments

    The display screen has a outer ring of light in LED form, as the battery depletes so does the circle as shown in the above picture, this circle also shows the battery capacity in 3 different colors also.

    * FULL-30% - Green

    * 30%-10% - Yellow

    * 10 Percent And Under - Red

    The display screen couldn't be easier to read or understand with the wattage/voltage at the top, below it the applied watts/volts and below it the ohms of the coil inside the pod. At the very bottom of the display screen is where you have a lock/unlock padlock symbol. the lock only applies to the adjustment jog dial, best to lock it when placing it in a pocket or handbag.

    PROS

    * Very Attractive

    * Adjustable Airflow

    * Good Flavor

    * Large Fill Port

    * Very Nice Packaging And Presentation

    * Compatible With All Klypse Pods

    * Bright And Vivid Display Screen

    CONS

    * You Have To Be Very Quick Making Adjustments

    * Display Screen Sometimes Illuminates On It's Own

    * Slow Charging

    FINAL IMPRESSIONS

    I have to start off talking about the great look of the Klypse Mecha, the inner workings of a clock are very sharp, I still find myself just looking at it because the gears look so real under the plastic face that is not going to display fingerprints.

    I really like the clock feature but the dark one is a minute off always. I have had the display screen illuminate on it's own sitting on my desk with both colors, the devices never fired but just lit up for about 4 seconds then went off.

    The auto draw feature works good being able to tighten down to a very tight MTL vape with the airflow selector totally closed off and when open a RDL or very loose MTL vape can be achieved.

    Between both coils in the pods I prefer the 0.6Ω ( no surprise right ), the 1.2 Ω coil has plenty of flavor it's just a cooler vape.

    I think the jog dial could have been done better than it is, it's very sensitive to the touch. I also think it could be faster on the charge.

    I would like to thank Alisa and Innokin for sending these beautiful devices for my review and thank you to all of you that read my reviews.

    THANK YOU
