Innokin Lea usb charger - mix and match with Xoom mini usb cable?

I have a Motorola Xoom that uses a mini-usb cable to transfer files to and from the computer (the other end has a normal USB connector). The Xoom does not charge from the computer, but I'm not sure that means the computer is not supplying power - as far as I know, it is, but the Xoom doesn't accept it, if that makes sense.

The innokin Lea use the same connector type for charging.

Can I safely use the Xoom cable to charge the Lea? Ie, are the cables likely the same? If not, what do I need to know or check?

I use my old Motorola cell phone chargers, which are mini-USB. No problems using them for 6 months
