Hi fellow eroll users, figured this was a good place to post this problem/question since the u-can is popular with eroll vapers...so I got a u-can right after getting my eroll, worked great for a few days, then completely stopped dispensing liquid through the needle. Have tried to clean it with hot water and alcohol, NO results. It won't even push water through the syringe, let alone the thicker e-juice.

Has anyone else had this problem or did I just strike out with a bum unit? I refuse to order another one as my experience with the first has been pretty awful, but at the same time really want a syringe dispense to make refilling my tanks easier. Thanks for any insight!

Ok I'm an idiot lol...after it sitting there for 2 months being unused, I returned to the u-can and tried something I hadn't before - finding a sewing needle small enough to fit through the syringe - I had tried this before, but the needle I used was too thick to go through...anyway, long story short, found a thinner needle, ran it through the syringe, it is now working again. HALLELUJAH! :)

I just got my ucan. I haven't filled it yet. Just sitting on my desk staring at me. Its a lot bigger than expected.

Sent from my Nexus 7

Yeah, it's got a bit of bulk - the weight is the bigger concern for me, I've attached it to my key ring and it works okay, but the weight of it just makes my keys very heavy lol. All in all, worth it though as it's a pretty slick and efficient way to keep the eroll loaded throughout the day.

not realy had any problems with mine so far. had it for a while now. only problem i had was the cap was very tight once and was really hard to unscrew. my own fault though, really, screwing it too tight, combined with the juice drying around the seal, i suppose.

no leaks either, which i was pretty much expecting after reading some reviews of it.

So they have fixed the leaking issue?

I got mine from cignot, never had a leaking issue, and I've had it for months now. Sometimes I get the top screwed on too tight. I have had the little hex head screw on the bottom come out on me a few times and had the button and spring fall apart. Luckily it all stayed in the pouch I keep it in. It is a breeze to completely dismantle and reassemble, providing you have a good micro screw driver set. I might put a dab of loctite on that screw at some point as the screw getting loose every now and then is the biggest issue I have with the thing.

So they have fixed the leaking issue?

I've only been using a U-can for a few days and mine already leaked once. However, I think I know exactly why it leaked and it's easily preventable.

Here's what happened:

I'd opened it to check how low the liquid was, added liquid and screwed it back together. Within a few minutes of laying on it's side, some dribbles came through the threads. I feel pretty sure that residual liquid in the top section (not the "cap", I mean the upper part of the cannister) rolled down and got into the threads as I was screwing it back together. And I think that's the little bit of liquid that seeped out.

When I opened it up again, I wiped out the top part of the cannister, wiped the threads, screwed it back together and laid it on its side. No leaks. I've refilled a few times since then and no matter which way I store or carry the U-Can, I've had no more leaks. So if anyone else has a leak from the threads, try wiping out the upper part of the can before screwing it back together and see if that solves the problem.
