I have been vaping off this simple little Innokin T18 for a couple of weeks now and I am very impressed. Out of all my tanks, this particular Innokin tank and my Kabuki tanks yield the best flavor out of a premade coil that I have ever tasted.
To be honest, my Kabuki tanks have given me a lot of grief, with glass that breaks easily, the coil getting stuck in the wrong part of the tank when I unscrew it. So it has been a nice break vaping off of the Innokin Prism tank. Very trouble free.
I like the stealth size of this vape, how does it compare to the Ego One? I have heard that the Ego One has great flavor, but I would love to hear some feedback on this.
Thanks!

The T18 is regulated to 14 watts. That's about 4.5v on the 1.5Ω heads that come with it. (I believe that) the Ego One is unregulated (though it still has safeties like short-circuit protection and low-voltage cutoff) which means it will just provide raw battery power of 4.2v at full charge, down to around maybe 3.5-3.7v when you will need to recharge it. Depending on your choice of atomizer coil, this can work out to either more, or less, than the constant 14w provided by the T18. If you use the included Ego One tank, it has either 1.0Ω (about 13-17w depending on charge state) or 0.5Ω (about 27-35w) heads available. Of course you can use them both with other tanks as well; the T18 will always fire them at 14 watts, and on the Ego One the watts will depend on the resistance.

Additionally, the Ego One tank has a rebuildable coil head option available, while the Prism tank (that comes with the T18) does not.

I have no experience with an Ego One.

T18 ...

14 watts is too high for the 1.5 dual coil. When I put the T18 tank on a regulated mod, I drop it down to at least 12 watts. The 1.5 dual coils are top mounted and if one happens to spit and sputter (as most of those coils do), you are surely to get some juice on your mouth and lips ... and while the T18 tank/coil in and of itself does in fact put out great flavor ... the juice that inevitably ends up in the mouth and on the lips contributes to that "great" taste.

The T18 has better flavor than the larger T22 IMHO

When putting either the T18 or T22 together ... Always screw down the bottom cap that retains the coil before tightening the top cap which holds the mouthpiece. That way, the coil is sure to be fully seated and secure. That will minimize any chance of tank leakage.

I agree the T18 tastes as good as a Kabuki, especially with the little extra juice the T18 imparts as it spits sputters and pops along. The performance however is another thing entirely. I haven't experienced any of the problems with my four Kabuki tanks the OP has experienced and wouldn't trade one of my Kabuki tanks for a million T18.

All that said, I highly recommend the T18 to anyone just starting out with trying to quit smoking. It isn't expensive at all and in addition to great taste, the T18 vape has wonderful draw, volume and density for someone used to analogs or just likes a good tootle puff.
