I've been vaping a long time, and purchased thousands of dollars worth of products from hundreds of vendors. I smoked 3 packs a day before I quit, and I went extremely hardcore into vaping to keep me off the cigs. The money I save from not buying cigs and DIY juice, I funnel into mods, and cartos, and attys galore. I always jump on the new stuff, before they are reviewed and popular opinion spreads. I've been burned quite a few times, with some really cruddy products, and have seen first hand the types of compaines doing buisines in the wonderful world of vaping. My purchase of an Alpha Ultra advanced kit was my first dealings with Innovapor.

I can't say I have seen anyone more commited to their product and customer's then I have seen here. My alpha had problems on arrival, and I sent an email and some PMs here on the forum. Not only did all of my email's get answered, but the PMs as well. I even got to talk to N8T on the phone, and discuss what had happened while comming up with some solutions. He is working so very hard to make these absolutely perfect, that I was trying to decide if maybe I was a ..... for messing up his craftsmanship. He really believes in what he is making, and trying his absolute best for perfection. I've only seen one other mod creator care so much about his product, and I have trouble understanding Imeo's busted up english most the time, lol. Not only is Innovapor making a great product, but they are trying to make great relationships with customers and listening to the praises/complaints of customers.

Even though my alpha is all messed up, I'm looking forward to not only a sweet working new one, but too some of the new things N8T is working on. Its good to know that I can take the risk and spend a large sum of cash for a product that is backed up 150% by a great company striving for exellence.

Good post, I ahd never ordered from innovapor before but one look at the alpha I new I had to order it, it is such a cool idea. I have been vaping the same one you got(by the looks in the pics) for a few days and it is really great, the res works great too, it is a really simple deign and I think that is why I like it so much. I have had some of the other juice feeders and the learning curve was just not for me. I actually just vaped a carto with the res until I got a bad hit with a dualie and I opened up the res and it was almost bone dry. I did do a couple pulls without the switch but that is ok with me with the length between refills. N8t really does care more than most mod makers, so I do not think this is one you will be burned on.

I really appreciate your praise on our customer service. All of us (and we are a small company) work hard every day to deliver absolutely the best service we can, and the type of service we expect for ourselves.

You are also correct, N8T and I are completing another patent filing on the next phase of product innovation. As well as continuing to flex the capabilities of the Alpha line while keeping the new advancements modular so everyone who has an Alpha will be able to enjoy continued improvement. There will be no versions of the Alpha that make the old ones obsolete. We figure you invested in the device, spent your hard earned cash, and we want you to continue enjoying it for years to come.

That is one seriously impressive mod line up! I look forward to your continued input and impressions on the UltraMax, I think it will definitely be the crown jewel, but I am of course biased!

That's great news, making updates modular. You are right, I would have a hard time buying a brand new device. But upgrading my current device would be a completely different story. Looking forward to seeing what comes out next.

Yeah, I cannot stand paying a good some of cold hard cash for something and then having it be outdated 2 months later. The Alpha was built so that we could expand and build of the core technology, making sure all Alpha owners will be able to expand the functionality and features of the device as we continue to innovate and develop enhancements.

I got my replacement RES core today! I figured it would be here tomorrow, but to my surprise it came today. I'm back in RES bidness. I know it's up to the USPS, but dang. Innovapor sent the replacement on Friday and it came Monday. That's awesome.

Nice! Good to see that USPS pulled through for us. Glad to hear you have your Alpha back in top form.

Just a quick note. I will be doing my best to keep up with the forum but will be focusing most of my time on manufacturing and our new products on the way. Bare with me if I don't get back to you immediately. I will do my best to answer questions at least every other day.

Recieved my new unit a few hours ago. Working fantastic !!! I'm going to power vape this thing till the weekend and do my review then. Should get my new Iken 3.5 ohms wed or thursday also so I can test 6v. 2.5 ohm is too low and I burn juice on those at 6. Ultramax is absolutely fantastic, and I really appreciate the guys at Inno for really going above and beyond to fix my problem !!

I am now a PROUD owner of a Apex w/RES!! Didnt buy it direct. Had some questions and was "Frictionally Challenged" , e-mailed CS..

My questions were answered very quickly and I was sent a polishing cloth to fix my "Friction" issue !!

How many vendors are going to do that for a "second hand" customer?? I will be getting an Apex for the wife...I will buy this one direct from Your source for the best electronic cigarettes / personal vaporizers in the world.

Almost forgot...they even transferred the warranty...Iam IMPRESSED !!

Yeah we try to go above and beyond to make your experience with us as good as it can possibly be. We dont want a quick buck and an unsatisfied customer. We want customers for life. And the only way I know of that works is to keep them as happy as they can be so they want to come back. Glad you are enjoying your Alpha so much.

Thank you !! And I am enjoying it..BUT..The wife makes me feel bad..as she stares at me when I'm sitting next to her on the couch vapin...SO...I must order her one.

Gonna have to do some saving and penny pinching. Also...gonna "make do" till I see what ya meant. That way I can get everything in one order !!
