Innovapor has answered every question I've had - both before and after purchase, in this forum and via email - whether it was related to the Ultra specifically or vaping in general. And, when I dropped the atomizer contact while cleaning the switch assembly they sent me another...quickly.

Combine that with a self-feeding PV that fits in the bill fold section of my clutch wallet and provides quite the little blast of vapor and you've got one happy customer. The only thing I regret is there's so little to say about the device. It works. The RES works. I'd purchase this again.

In the short time that I have been an Innovapor customer, I would have to say that I am very impressed with their business model.

Pre-sale support: Oh,we see this a lot in vendors. They want to sell their product so they have to provide the support. Innovapor responded to my questions either via email or pm here at ecf. Not only that, they provide the info that you need whether technical or product use

Sales support: I don't use Credit Cards (got rid of them long time ago), nor do I use my Bank cards for online purchases. So I buy gift cards and use them online. Well, my Visa gift didn't work online so TmeisT suggested I call Mark. Called Mark on a Saturday afternoon and guess what, he spent time on a late Saturday afternoon to run my gift card through the back door.

Post-sale support: Questions about product use, etc have been answered in a very timely and thorough manner. I got the assistance I needed with issues I ran into with the product. Some companies make the big bucks and leave you out in the cold. Not Innovapor. I called in to pay for an UltraLite I want to buy. But ... after the conversation with Mark, I bought a lower-cost alternative. This pretty much proved to me that they are not out to rip off customers and sell them what they don't need. So they lost the sale on another UltraLite with me, but they certainly gained my respect.

Warranty support: They warranty what they say they will. Who wants their expensive pv to break or what not. But stuff happens and something breaks. The way Innovapor handled my very first warranty issue, I'm assured that they will stand by their product and their warranty policy for its duration. I got a response from Tony and ultimately Mark just tonight, in less than 30mins!!!

Future support: N8T's design of the Alpha has proven to be modular so far, and will stay so in the future. He has indicated that current owners will be able to "upgrade" what we already own instead of buying a completely new unit.

As you can tell, I'm a very satisfied customer. Am looking forward to what's next for the Alphas.

Kudo's to customer service. I received my ultramax last night and once I had a battery up, filled the res and found myself with a lot of dry hits. Even though it was late (> 9:00pm), I sent an email to support so perhaps I could get an early morning answer. Mark, from customer support emailed me back within 20 mins and made some suggestions......working like a champion! Big thanks to Mark and the company for such dedication and solid customer service. I'll be doing a review later on the product but want to spend a little more quality time with it first.

Like we have said so many times before customer service is our top priority. And its always nice to know that our hard work pays off.
