Innovapor sells several different PV kits but their claim to fame is their Alpha line (Ultralight, Ultra, Ultramax). I placed an order for an Alpha Ultra and right after I did so, I realized that I really wanted the Ultramax. I called them expecting to leave a voice mail but a person picked up and I explained the issue. They immediately canceled the order for me (they were already getting it ready to ship) and had me place the new order.
No issues, super fast delivery - these guys start packing your order right after you place it it seems like.
Customer service: After I received my order, I had difficulty getting the Ultramax RES to feed right - This was well after working hours and I sent an email to them - hoping that I would get an answer the next morning. Customer Service answered my email within 20 minutes, even though it was after hours. Problem solved.
Nothing but positive to say about Innovapor - I really think these guys put the Service in Customer Service! Kudos to them.
