I have some of their 510 products - great model - and I like their ECOpure eliquids - Rich and Fresh (also available at cignot and intellicig). There are a lot of satisfied EVO users. They had some shipping problems months ago, but haven't heard of any problems lately. The staff is well informed, imo and have been very helpful. They usually have some pretty good coupons codes as well.
They only have "ultrapure" now. I ordered some so I hope its good. I also ordered some from aromaejuice to compare.
I ordered my first ecigs (Evo 402) from Innovapor, along with their sample pack of EcoPure juice. The order arrived 3 days later. Took one puff to know that "hey, this is gonna work", and another day or so to realize that two lonely Evos weren't going to be able to support my now (ie. - then) nearly extinguished 2 ppd smoking habit. Placed a 2nd order 3 days after the 1st arrived. The rest is history.
I can recommend them.
Edit: 4 (of 4) Mighty Mite batteries still going strong, 6 (of 6) atomizers served well for 6 to 10 weeks before expiring.

Just for clarifications sake they no longer carry any of the Intellicig product line which means no ECOpure and no EVOs.
Personally the only thing I've ever gotten from them was some samples of the new Ultrapure so I can't comment as to their CS.

I wouldn't say it was a bad liquid but it just wasn't my thing and to me doesn't compare to the ECOpure that I was expecting it to somewhat emulate due to the whole name thing and the fact that is what they used to carry.
I also did a review of the Ultrapure liquid and for me this is the best liquid I have used up to now. After my review, I ordered 2 of the 30ml bottles and shipment was very prompt. I have not tried the ECO pure liquid so I cannot compare the 2. In my opinion I don't think you will go wrong ordering from them.
They stopped carrying the Intellicig Products I believe because of the hassle of getting stuff from the UK and the fact that the UK might be banned from E-Cigs....

Clay over there is a fantastic CS Rep and always trys his best to get back to you in fair amount of time. Which usually results to one - two days.
Personally I like there old site design better but they claim this new design is easier to navigate through.
If your thinking of ordering some stuff from them you won't go wrong!
Oh and there shipping times are great aswell!

I recently needed some new 401 type batteries so I ordered a kit from them. They shipped quickly and they have a special running right now where they include some freebies if you post on their sub-forum on this thread.
