Another factor to consider is how long can you expect your device to last? How long do you want it to last?

The Vamo comes from Japan. I don't know how long the warranty is on that, but once it stops working, its finished. China doesn't do repairs.

The Provari however, comes with a 1 year warranty, with option to buy an additional year if you want it. Provape will continue to service the Provari for reasonable cost even after the warranty has expired.

I have seen the Provari review but in MY opinion ( no one else's ) for the price, functionality and options that the VAMO offers... It can't be beat. For the record I never said anything about the menu options or function on the Provari... Just trying to give our friend here some options.

it was answering two questions sorry lol

the OP stated money isnt a problem so i wouldnt recommend something that was stamped out in china with no warranty or service available thats all.
i own a vamo, it sits in a box now, for the price it is a nice device and i still recommend them for a cheap startup but overall im not impressed.

If a simple style appeals to you, the notcigs buzz pro is selling at $80 right now, a steal. I've been using them since they first came out, rugged, great performers.

(they had the first production vv, the original buzz)

Provari are also absolutely solid, just depends on what you want.

Get a Provari!! I have a black satin mini with a blue LED and extension cap. LOVE IT compared to my eGo Twists, which are now my backups. Besides all the great reviews others have posted here, one of the best features of the provari is that it accurately outputs the set voltage despite the remaining battery life. This is not true with the eGo twists, and possibly other mods (I don't know about the latter, haven't owned any others). The Provari is rock solid and built very well. You can tell this when you hold it in your hands, and unscrew the battery end cap for the first time. As PBusardo put it, "buttery smooth" in regards to the threading.

It also has lots of safety features that protect you and the device. The interface is a bit weird at first, but I learned it in 10 minutes. Second day of owning it, and it's now committed to memory. Easy to learn. I always go by the general rule of thumb mentioned here in the forums, voltage = ohms + 2, and you have a good starting point for voltage.

Add to that a 1 year warranty, with an option 1 year added warranty, great customer service and repair (if ever needed).

Don't forget to ONLY use the recommended IWR AW batteries for your new Provari.
