Hey I was just wondering how all of you out there get over waiting for packages in the mail. I am not going to get a gold star for patients in this lifetime and the anticipation is killing me. I have ordered my first starter kit and am tracking it like a mad woman. I live in canada where the sale of ejuice or cartridges with nicotine is not allowed in stores. So my question how do you deal with waiting and how do you make sure you don't run out mid shipment and end up having to ho by an analog to get through the wait ?

I'm a noob still waiting for my first kit. I ordered on Sunday. I just got a order of sample juices from another site in the mail this morning and I have nothing to smoke it with! So frustrating!

If I decide this is the thing for me, then I just plan on always having stuff around so waiting a week won't be a big deal. I'll have at least one spare battery and several of whatever *omizer I decide I like. When I find a juice I really like, I'll get a good sized bottle of that.

I'm sure I'll want plenty of variety, so I'll continue to sample like crazy. Lord knows I do with other things. My drawer of perfume samples is truly shameful. I just love getting a little box in the mail with a bunch of new sensations to experience. If it's anything like my perfume habit, though, I will rarely find anything FBW (full bottle worthy), but I will keep trying.

I haven't gotten over it yet. Load tracking number on my phone and check every hour, even though I KNOW it's coming the next day. Maybe one day they'll somehow ship earlier than expected. Luckily there's some solid vendors up here and you shouldn't have to wait too long. In fact, the longest I've waited so far was a Monday long weekend when I ordered on a Friday night, and it still arrived on Wednesday.

The first rule of vaping is always have a backup. Everything. Batteries, chargers (hm I should get another one or two now that I think of it), liquid, you name it. Make sure you have enough to last an extra month just in case. After your first order you'll have a good idea for around how much you'll be going through, plan accordingly.

I completely concur with the "stock up" suggestions. I bought my kit (Volcano Magma) about a year ago and was going strong for 3-4 months before I ran out and was consistently unable to locate any decent local supplies and ended up going back to analogs until now. I currently looking at diy mixing kits to keep me more invested and more in control of my nic levels since the whole original point of this exercise was to ween off that devil nic! But am willing to throw more money at this because the gadgetry and craftiness of mixing my own flavors really appeals to me.

I don't have any issues with waiting for supplies ...
I smoked 2-3 packs a day for over 40 years
and when I order supplies ... I order at least
enough for 1-2 months at time and re-order
long before I run out of anything.

That might seem like a lot of money... but not really
considering what I would have spent on smokes.
:p
