Good ideas. Above all, I'd suggest organizing the information section with two sections: 'newbies' and 'experienced users'--or similar.

Others here have given good tips about issues for experienced users, so I'll just add that newbies need a concise breakdown of only the most important first-order issues. Such issues overwhelmed me at first, and I actually went to another company initially--one that made my first order easy.

So I'd keep the newbies section clean and simple. Nic levels, in particular, confused the heck out of me, so a basic comparison chart would help. Also, suggestions to try sampler packs would be good. In fact, I would have liked a "we recommend" kit option or two for the totally confused. Such kits could even include a few sampler packs so that all the newbie has to do is select the nic level. I suspect that such a simple section on the site would translate to increased biz--good for everyone.

I agree. Basic User Manual on the website (I had the same problems/questions) and a note for those who need in-depth information to visit the forum. It took me a lot of time to figure it out by myself, I eventually did, but it should be made more simple and intuitive. Nic levels are tricky, but I would recommend trying lower levels first. I'm an Ultra Light smoker and can't tolerate anything above 11 mg. I know that others had different experiences, but such guidelines would be helpful. And definitely explain basic differences between batteries and PG versus VG. Great idea!

Hi all,

This is my third drink/posting so apologies if wrong place or if lacking any real substance. Just want to reiterate a previous posting (Belles I think) about noting changes to flavours. I know there was much discussed about peoples flavours changing from one order to the next as this is kinda stink when you make a large order of your loved........and I do mean loved "go to" vape. I realise also that sometimes this is unintentional and well we can't really do much about that. I just recommended a small notation on the website under the selection if the formula has been tinkered with. I don't think you need to give away trade secrets and explain the change......just the fact that it has been altered would help. It may then help when ordering to order smaller batches or wait for reviews to come to ECF to make up your mind. Anyhow.....time to grab another cold beer..........hopefully I have finished posting for today.........hmmmm....or maybe not........I did get a nice present in last order so may go find the "what did you get from V4L thread" to do a "Jealous Much" post
