Insulin dependent diabetic

i'm sure this has been asked before but i did a search and i couldn't find it so here goes
i'm an insulin dependant diabetic, i'm just wondering if anyone else is, and how is their health and bs since starting vaping
i've been told the vg is not good for diabetics as it raises the bs and we are better off sticking to a higher pg content not sure how true this is. I can't tell with my bs at the moment as i've had a few steroid injections recently and they always raise my sugars but i don't want to make things worse than they already are, most of my juice is 50/50 ratio because initially i thought that was better for me, now i'm wondering if i should change that to 70/30, pg vg, but with so many allergies i'm concerned that it will also affect my health in other area's

Don't get me wrong the last thing i'm gong to do is go back to analogues just have to figure out what the best ratio is may be it's will be adjusting my insulin to suit in with vaping, only time will tell

But wanted to know from other diabetics please

I'm not insulin dependent (I use metformin) and I vape high VG only (frequently 100% VG) - and my A1C's been coming down since I started vaping. Daily numbers are still pretty much the same, so I guess it's like everything else with diabetes - It depends on your own body and how it reacts. Experiment cautiously, and good luck!

Same situation with me, catsitter, except my a1c has dropped from the low 8.x to 7.5 as tested a month ago. I don't know if it's because of vaping, an extreme reduction in smoking, or simply a temporary fluke. Blood oxygen has risen from 93% to 95%. Again, it could be a short lived aberration. Anyhow, both results have been in the right direction. Body weight has stayed the same, if that seems relevant.
