insurance companies should be on our side on this issue.

E-cigs are a healthier way to live verses smoking the real thing, which allows us to live healthier and longer.

Less medical bills and a longer life to pay more premiums

Even our government should be taking a look at this since they would like to take over and run a national insurance plan.

The e-cig is still a controversial issue. No real solid information, and the government and big tobacco will be fighting over it for years to come. Insurance Companies aint gonna go anywhere the e-cig right now.

I understand. Maybe in the future.
In that case I just hope to receive my order and be allowed to live my own free life.

The good thing is, my Insurance Co. has me update my information every year. One of the questions is "Have you used tobacco in the past 12 months." Now I can answer "no".

Insurance companies are all about risk assessment. At the moment, without any significant scientific studies of e-cigarettes available, the devices represent a HUGE risk to insurance providers. If they promote these things and then they turn out to be hazardous in some way, they open themselves up to serious and damaging law suits. Insurance companies will be the last institutions to embrace e-cigarettes.
