Intellicharger i4 Question

Hi! I just got my Nitecore Intellicharger i4. I notice it says it has 3 charging modes, but I have two questions:

1) I don't see any toggle or switch to change the mode. Does it do this automatically, or am I just missing it?

2) If it is a toggle, which mode do you use?

"Intelligent" Charger..... Put your battery in the correct way, and it will charge it the way it needs to be charged..
Put your battery in incorrectly and it won't do anything to it...
