Hi, I would like to know if all or some e-cigarettes and accessories are interchangable? In other words can you use a battery charger from one brand to charge another brand? Can you use a battery from one brand on a different cartomizer?

I think most batteries/atties can be made interchangable if they aren't. I came across this site earlier that sells a bunch of different adapters:

No not all PV's are created equal. There are adapters for attys to put different sized atty's on some of other manufacturer's batteries, but, as far charging goes I wouldn't mix and match. We could get into much finer detail about the different models and what could work, but, it's a convoluted list and I don't know all the models. Just didn't want you hanging alone for an answer.
P.S. Forgot to ask what you're vaping with now.
