Seems that's the sweet spot a lot of moders like, yet the manufacturers do not make them. Yet.

I'm confused Scott - the point of these atomizers is basically to give you the 5v vape off of 2x 3v (7.4v fully charged) batteries. Unfortunately, none of my suppliers have been willing to make actual higher voltage batteries, so we're sticking with mods as the power source for the time being. These will just eliminate the need for complicated electronics or vregs inside tiny packages - one of those 2x AAA lasers Cisco modded would work perfectly and with a higher resistance atomizer it'd vape exactly like a 5v regulated one would.

Please put me down for two.
I run two 14500's, so that's 7.2 volts, and I'd like to run anywhere between 5v to 6v.

How about some momentary switches or tactile switches designed to handle this in the small form factor we need. For some mods the 3A switch is just too big and the .5A switch will fail quickly.

Mosfets are your friend here, they turn a .05A tact switch into a 15A tact switch with a 5mm^2 footprint. What I meant was does anyone want atomizers specced to a difference voltage, but it looks like everyone wants 2x 3v or 2x 3.7v atm, and one atomizer resistance *should* handle both.

Hey Nerf, great idea! I would love to be able to get a few 801's and 901's that would be able to handle 6v+. It would be great to be able to use 2 3.0v or 2 3.6-7 v batteries and not have to worry about something blowing!

Running these at normal 3.7v would produce very little heat, so yeah, no vapor. They'll be dedicated high voltage atomizers. Drop me a PM for the connectors and I'll get ya taken care of.

the normal 510 work great at 5~6V, that what i love an vape but the battery options for
6V sucks, so if i can get the same results but at 7.4V then im in
image 2X18650........... i could be vaping for days at higher Vs

I assume you mean to make them more drip friendly..wouldn't that stop the liquid being heated ? Anyhow, any modification that can help with dripping would be a definite plus especially in regards to leakage and surface area for liquid retention.

What it sounds like everyone wants is double-length coils with double the potential heat output for running on 2-cell designs. Basically 5 ohm atomizers should fill the bill.
