Just an update on the UFO Rebuild-able Tank. I Broke down the first one an hour ago to see if I could figure out why, like so many EGO tank complaints, it tasted burnt. Poor assembly / Quality control.

Problem - One end of the replaceable wick was left long and used as the Spike wick. Like a tail extension. No good as the liquid would have to flow into the coil from one end. The coil was also poorly installed with 2 shorts and one serious hot spot.

Easy Fix - 5-10 minutes. unscrew the wick from the coil section and remove. The wick will pull out of the spike. Tie a thread around the spike end of the wick. Snip the wick, with scissors, close to the post. Thread the wick piece back into the spike, remove the thread. Set aside. Test the Coil by firing the battery and if needed, use a straight pin to adjust the coils to get even heating. Burn off the gunk by firing the battery.
Apply your liquid to the coil and all wick ends. Reassemble(the fixed wick will feed the center of the coil) Primer puff a few times and VAPE!

I pulled a dozen hits in a row and NO DRY / NO BURNED HITTS.......Wow!!!! Can even Taste the Flavor now.

It's no DID or Genesis but for $6.00 and rebuild-able / mod-able it is a nice piece.

The first thing you should decide is if you want to drip or not.
That will cut your choices down. There are not very many rebuildable atty/tanks and most are expensive.
Personally, I don't like to drip so I use GG Penelopes and they are fantastic. They are expensive to buy but cheap to maintain.
Just my 2 cents.
