I've never seen anything like it before, but it looks as though it might be some kind of PCC. (One battery charging another)

Sounds like to me from the description that it's a PCC without the case. A "PC" if you will

I understand it's a portable charger. Plug it and charge it up, then you can carry it with you and will charge your e-cig battery up tp 5 times. Model specific though. I have seen a couple of different types of these but never tried one. I have even seen one you put a regular battery in to emergency charge your e-cig. I think they take quite a while to charge your battery though.

I looked at the models listed and I don't recognize any of them as a "common" model. Although a modder could probably make an adapter.

That site could use some work though. juice is just listed as Low-Med-High. No mention of nic concentration. Their ecig start kit is more than a pipe?? juice price is reasonable for 30ml though.
