However, I'm sorry that regarding the Bullen & Etter survey they focused on the 57% of people who switched to save money, instead of mentioning the smoking cessation rates of 70%. I'm thinking that the reason Siegel got a 31% success rate was 1) his participants were using a single brand; and 2) his participants were probably not getting the support and advice of other users, like the forum participants who followed a link to participate in the Bullen & Etter survey.
