not sure what would cause this? during the last week i have one riva battery that will occasionaly become very warm while it is charging. It doesn't happen all the time, so i'm not sure what to make of it. any thoughts?
It is time to suspect the charger or battery has a failed overvoltage protection circuit. Very warm is an indication that the cell inside is bad or being damaged by too much current, to high a charging voltage.
