Blue Light On (Riva 510 Charging)?

I just purchased a new Riva 510 light bundle. I have some older Riva 510 batteries. Question is when I am charging the new batteries the blue manual light stays on and goes off when the charger light turns green. On my older Riva batteries the blue light is off when they are charging (the blue light doesn't activate at all during charging). Is this normal for newer Riva 510 batteries?

My Riva batteries bought a month ago from Liberty Flights charge like that. The blue light is ON while charging, off when done.

My Riva SE batteries about a month old blink when I plug the charger in, then shut off for the duration of the charging

I can't say for sure but i think there is different types of RIVA batts out there.
Some more ancient versions than others.
I think the ones the have always the light on while charging are the older ones but like i said...can't say for sure.
