It isn't illegal to sell or purchase vaping devices in Japan. Nicotine, however, is only legal to purchase for "individual use," but cannot be resold.

As you mentioned...Perhaps they have determined that you maybe be a wholesaler by the amount of orders you are having and now are looking into preventing it?

Here in the US, if a home has dozens of cars coming and going frequently, they will start looking at the possibility of drug traffic. Perhaps a similar issue in your case......just sayin

I only ordered a few things. 2 bottles of Five Pawns, a tank and some coils from VaporDNA. The mtbaker order may have been stopped because of the assortment of flavorings. There was only one 30 ml e-liquid bottle in that.
I was speaking more in the lines of frequent shipping more than what is in one shipment, but I understand you.....Again I was just thinking "outside the box" for a possible reason....Good luck!

Thankfully, this has never happened with me. But I really feel you. Every time I order eliquid I keep worrying until I get my package.
OK. it seems that package never made it out of the USA. My guess, USPS is complying with Japanese customs' request not to ship eliquid to Japan. If the vendor is willing to take back the package and reimburse you, then cut your losses and move on. Otherwise try a different courier (UPS or FedEx) or third party shipping.
