If it's not DNS, then it's something with your network blocking access to the site. You could try resetting your router/modem, otherwise you need to login to it and figure out what is causing the block (either that or find out how to reset it to factory settings...but I'd call your ISP first to see if they can walk you thru it because it might change settings needed to connect to them).

Does your neighbor have the same ISP as you?

Karr, I had a similar problem recently with my router. I found the setting to "restore factory defaults", and it fixed everything. I still don't know exactly what was wrong, but it works now. :)

Right, that's what I would try next. It's obviously the router causing the issue, so if you google your router's model # along with "restore factory defaults" it should tell you exactly how to do that. Can't hurt at this point, right? :)
