This isn't a joke (though the name of the article you may be saying wth). I use duvet covers so that piqued my interest initially. What I read says a lot about things we don't think about being typically associated with lung or breathing issues.
Thankfully I don't use the down filled inserts but made me think about washing the covers more than I currently do. My dog sleeps with me on the bed, dust and other things accumulate and we breathe that in every night not thinking about these types of things being related to lung issues (I am also a compliant bi-pap user, who also needs to make sure to replace the filters more also
). How many times have we heard I didn't do anything that I don't normally do when a vaper tells us their stories? Makes me think it's what we do unconsciously every day that we don't look at.
