I have been vaping for about two months now due to my brother vaping. It caught my attention as a good way to quit smoking and its has been. I still have a reg cig with my morning coffee and once and a while after dinner, but I don't even enjoy it anymore.

So..started with a Evod starter kit and was using that for about a month then went ahead and bought the nautilus Aspire BDC and a Vision Spinner VV ego. The two go great together compared to the Evod even though I had no cons with it before making the switch.

I was lurking on here reading about the provari/provari mini and then stumbled upon a nemesis clone. Read more on it, vids, ect. Seems promising so I went ahead and bought it. Will be using the aspire/nemesis for the time being until I feel the urge to jump into RBA's.

Looking forward to being a part of the community and contributing where I can until I am more knowledgable.

Congrats to you. It is all a lot of fun. I have gotten into the RBA and must recommend you try it at some point. You would not believe the flavors. I just got a reo not long ago and I have been vaping for over a year and didn't think it would get much better. I was wrong. The bottom fed reo is like the "ultimate dripping". Tell ya the truth, not a day goes by that I am not amazed at something about vaping and how easy it was to quit smoking after 40 some years. ECF is a wonderful place and you won't meet a better group of people. Good luck to ya and I look forward to reading about your continued vaping success. :)

Welcome.

Consider getting a kick for your mech; instead of the voltage dropping all the time and you having to think about what voltage the battery has if you get a vv kick you can just set it for the nominal 3.7 volts plus get some basic short circuit protection and low battery voltage cutoff.

Variable Voltage Kick Module for Mechanical Mod3.2V-4.8V

Details:

•Variable Voltage - can be adjustable from 3.2V to 4.8V
•Tolerance: ±0.1V
•Short circuit protection
•Compatible with most mechanical mods

Please note: Power will automatically cut off after 30 seconds of continued use for safety.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I def am happy I went this route with vaping. I might have to go up in nicotine with my juices, but I'm trying to keep steady at 12mg and get accustomed to it rather than bumping it up.

I'm planning to stick with the nautilus w/nem clone for a bit till I do some more research on RDA's and RBA's. I know I will eventually, just need to get the basics before even figuring which route then what product to choose. This whole vape scene is much more in-depth than I originally thought.

Thanks, I started looking into it after you posted that info on the kick. Might get a magnetic switch for my nemesis also.

Any particular sponsor or site that sells this kick? Or should I just look on ebay?

Welcome, Mo, and brothersoze! Welcome to the most enlightened forum/technical college/party on the internet! :D Ain't vaping great?!? I'm still newbie enough myself to still be completely amazed that all this is possible, all these people quitting those nasty cigarettes, including ME!
